Beef Time- August 15, 2022

 

My sister Anina and her husband Marius own a farm, they have cows, pigs, chickens, etc many animals that they care for. This summer Marius insisted on "cutting" a cow for Gary and the family knowing that Gary is a steak lover. 

In the evening Gary made Roast Beef, Beans and Mashed Potatoes and I made peach cobbler. All American meal.
