Who is the Chef today ? I am

 I woke up this morning in Munich, at my sister house. It is a very quiet home and neighborhood.  My sister lives in a community away from traffic and all the kids are still in school. The house was so quiet, it was nice but also strange. 

I believe the only way to realize you live a noise life is for you to experience quietness. My life has been full of noise lately and I pray that in this Sabbatical I can truly hear and feel Psalm 46 words " Be still and know that I am God".

I cooked today an American dish ( Hamburgers) for my nephews , Ramona and Ionica.  I know my husband would have been very proud of me. If you know me, you already know I do not cook much. Gary is the Chef in our household. Today, I was able to focus on the task at hand (cooking) without any distractions and it turned out pretty good. Nothing was burned :-)
